What would you call this strike. Almost like 3 Ns.

Both answers are correct, you can see the Machine Doubling cutting into the left side and underside of the N. While the deterioration starts protruding above and beside the right side of the N.

A good example of a warn die that was either loose or vibrated to some extent on its way back up from the strike.

What I see at the top and right of the N is MD and DD bottom and left ... or at least the way that I've always thought of them, but then again, I'm not an error collector.
