Would you say this could be a DDR?
I checked the sites for a match.

Also on the obverse.
What would you say caused this around IGWT and the Date?

. Cool thanks about the obverse. That's what I was thinking.

Just wondering.
If you look on PCGS CoinFacts 2015P dime.
The first one looks to have the same problem.
It's graded MS64. If I'm seeing it right , if it does look like the die is worn.
Would that have affected the grade?
Actually all three of the coins they show looks to have the same problem.

Here's pictures of their coin
My copy's of their picture a little to blurry but if you go to their site it's a little clearer.
