Gorgeous coin, I'd probably call that MS-64 RD but I'm not an expert on that. I don't see any doubling or anomalies though.

Thank you both. > John 50.00 to 100.00$ for a budget. In opinion would it be worth sending this thing to get graded and it's very hard to see from the pictures but on the reverse of the coin inside of the building on top of in between the pillars I'm not sure if this is part of the original design which I will have to do more research on for myself but there seems to be lower recessed lines below the main what I would say that would be the roof or top of the pillars in between them seems uniform to each side is with whereas there is two columns on each side of the building which are not showing this little drop line I'm assuming part of the original design

I believe that is part of the design. As to sending in:as a general rule a coin needs a retail value of at least $100 after slabbing to justify all costs involved in sending it in. John1

Can anybody point me in the Direction with link of the original design art/sketch? Not on a coin, for the Lincoln Cent. I'm not quite sure how to word it in my search and so I'm having trouble finding one.

I see traces of circulation wear, most obvious in the fields and rims.

Compare your coin to this MS example, you should be able to tell your coin has seen some circulation.

as for grading your coin would need to get slabbed at 67RD or better. with that reverse there is no way it would grade that. without better photos I would be at AU58 or MS63
consider the following for having a coin professionally graded two reasons to slab
1. its a rare coin that needs authenticated and preserved 2. you are planning on selling the coin and the cost of acquisition plus the grading fee's would warrant it without chewing up all your profit
it doesn't make sense unless a coin is worth $150 or more. most seasoned collectors don't even slab their coins due to the cost. you could expect to spend a minimum of $18 (economy grading) plus shipping/insurance per coin each way plus a subscription to a grading service. For instance PCGS charges a minimum of $69 for a subscription other subscription levels include grading vouchers though so you could reduce these costs. As you can see it really is not worth grading any average coin. NGC is little less expensive
if you are using a phone try this if you want a better assessment
1. if coin is in holder, remove coin from holder if possible 2. turn off flash 3. place coin on flat surface with indirect natural light. maybe a window sill in a cloudy day. Use a black or white background to avoid any reflective color 4. move phone about 3in from coin 5. zoom in using your fingers until the coin comes into focus and fills the cameras view finder. if your phone has a portrait selection use that and then press and hold on the coin in the view finder to AF lock it 6. hold phone steady. if you can't then place something on either side of the coin (like books) at that distance and lay phone between them. this will hold it steady and allow you to zoom and take the photo without any blurring

Looks like an AU-58 to me. Friction on the high points.

Based on current photos, it appears lightly circulated. Do not send it in for grading.
