Here is the catalogue entry for this coin; it's a 1 jiao or 10 cents dated 1911, the last year of the Empire.

The question would of course be whether it was genuine or not. While 10 cent coins are counterfeited much less than the dollar-sized Chinese coins, it may nevertheless not be genuine. It does not really "look obviously wrong" to me.
