Looking through the data I noticed the J13b large date being considered as a Major Coin Variety by Zoell. Sending a coin back to ICCS and would like to know if this should be stated on the holder.

Those are narrow date and wide date, not large and small date.
Best to call them and ask first.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Can't help you, as I gave away my 5-6 guides at least 10 years ago. Now ICCS sometimes will include Griffin numbers as recognized barieties, but not sure about Zoell's 1960's pamphlets. You would have to pay extra to have it listed on the holder by them, if they would do it at all.
