Maybe the title is a bit extreme. But having fun tonight is the main goal. Too many serious discussions, this is supposed to be a fun hobby. And so... imagine the hairline next to the ear extending down to mid ear. I can see it. Put al little more poof on his hair style and it might work. Anyway folks hope this all finds you in good spirits.

That's pretty funny, RogerD! It brings to mind another king that had a parrot in his ear.

But I don't know...this may be even more embarrassing: Charles's great-great-great-great-grand uncle George struggling to get his muttonchops to grow out...at the age of 54!

Check the top of his head approaching the rim: I always wondered if Mudie posed the Prince in a gale-force wind for this medal, or maybe had to drag young George out of bed for his portraiture sessions!

Going off-topic just a little for anyone who might be curious, the subject of this medal was the 1814-15 Treaties of Paris, and the other side looked like this:

@daltonista Broke out in uncontrolled laughter on the uh... sparse mutton chops. Why would anyone want to put those little hairs on the die? Good gravy! Well considering the imagery of the reverse he considered himself rather highly. Definitely the trailer park version of the Royal family.
