I really wish the TPG's would strictly follow their own criteria for the FS designation, especially when we are often talking substantial premiums in value. That said, I think that even Ray Charles would agree that this is not FS. |

MS-63 and does not look FS to me. But who knows what PCGS sees as FS now.

MS63 possible 64. step 5 is not complete. should not be FS but  . observation - to me it seems that they are looking at the step definition so long as the step is complete they are for the most part ignoring marks that disturb any of them. I guess we will see how they assessed this one. Probably blow my theory out of the water |

Just adopt a poker mindset. It makes much more sense when you stop playing the cards and start playing the player.

Well, at least PCGS shows the results in TrueView. Before taking any gamble, I would check the full steps nickels for that year, and see if the TPG is generous for that year. It seems to vary a lot. They seem to be pretty tough for certain years. |

That is a ridiculous FS designation by PCGS. Concur with the general opinions stated here that the wizards at PCGS simply do not follow their own guidelines for FS designation.
