What are your thoughts on the strike of this coin does it seem above average or on par for that mint. Coin has decently square rims, It definitely isn't the most eye appealing Coin; it has heavy funky die polishing on a fairly fresh die it does still however have decent luster just weird. I find this coin as a whole kinda odd and fascinating. What do you think?
Could this be some kind of specially struck coin like a Specemin or something or was this dollar just well struck? Here is better lighting. From what I can see it has rims comparable to that of the Philly satin proof low relief 22 listed on pcgs.
Looks like a 1922-D in a EDS with a B1 Reverse design. Reverse B1: Note two mountain peaks, 3 rays below ONE, 6 rays below Eagle's tail, and detached olive branch. Pretty nice strike! smat
