I had some rolls of bicentennial quarters and saw some reoccurring things on the quarters. The pictures below are what I have questions about.
Question-About-Bicentennial-Quarters
In this Image the star next to the cut appears to have a blob and I was wondering if it was due to the cut or an error.
Question-About-Bicentennial-Quarters
In this image it appears that Washington is sneezing it looks to me as oxidation and I wanted everybody's opinion on it.
Question-About-Bicentennial-Quarters
This one I've seen a lot through the bicentennial quarters and wanted to know what caused this and whether it would be considered an error.
Question-About-Bicentennial-Quarters
This I've seen across a lot of quarters in general not just Bicentennial. How does this happen? Does it happen outside of the mint, and people somehow make perfect circular cut marks, or does the mint accidentally do this.
Question-About-Bicentennial-Quarters
I saw this one didn't know whether it would be Machine Doubling or considered double die, and I wanted some opinions on it.
Question-About-Bicentennial-Quarters
Now on this one my camera struggles a little bit to pick up but its a little blue. I don't think it would be a enough to call it a toning quarter as I have seen a few quarters that have had spots of bluing on them but they were relatively hard to see similar to this one. Anyone's opinions and any advice or even proper examples are welcome.

I forgot to mention the gold line on the one quarter is just a piece of debris. Sorry for any confusion.

Best practice is to start a new thread for each new coin, but I'll tackle this question and let others address different questions. You have the so-called Ring of Death, which is damage from coin rolling machines.

to the CCF and There's a lot to go through. Everything you have pointed out are not errors. #1 is a cut with a buildup of metal #2 is just a stain. #3 might be a slight MAD. #4 as stated above is the Ring of Death. #5 is just worthless Machine Doubling. And #6 is just a little toning. You've come to a great site to learn. Stick around, you'll learn a lot.

I'll make note of the new threads in the future, I just figured since they were all bicentennial I'd just make one thread about them. Thank you though for answering and letting me know. I've been trying to cramp as much information about coins in my head the past few days and it has been frying my brain. So if I seem like I know what I'm talking about but still seem like I have no clue that's why. I'm doing my best to learn as quickly as possible on my own, which is why I joined here so I can have people to talk to about varying things I find. So again I really appreciate your help and anyone else who can help me out some.
