I just picked up a fifty dollar bag of circulated cents from a local bank and came up with just over a roll of the log cabin reverse. Some banks have to be getting them.

I asked the same thing at my bank.
They said, 'we can order whatever box of coins, but No guarantee they're 2009 new coins. It should be just mixed used coins. No way to order 2009 new coins specifically.'. pretty disappointing...
