with Bobby, a very damaged coin, and looks acid damaged to me...
One website among others we like to point folk to is error-ref.com which showcases many different types of genuine mint errors and has many pictures to help out with similar looking coins with the same issue.

Yes, yes, post-strike damage. Likely exposed to extreme heat. Worth 25 cents.
