Always,always best to remove coins from holders, especially 2x2 holders before taking photos.

This one is an easy F-15. It could make VF-20 on a good day, but honestly, I think the wear, scratches and grime (environmental) bring it down to NET grade F-15.

Just actual wear-wise, I think it could be VF-20, but the crud, scratches and discoloration would take it down to F-15
