Welcome to CCF! The pics are out of focus, difficult to read the letters. In my opinion it is a fantasy piece, modern replica or fake of an ancient Roman coin, an emperor with reverse of what looks like the Colosseum. Some modern replicas/fakes are made to sell to tourists near ancient sites. Only a few Roman emperors have coins showing the Colosseum and I don't recognize your coin as one of them. But someone else may know better than I.
