Here is a 1966 LMC with some Rim Damage on the Obverse. Its on the upper northwest of the coin. It looks uniformed and not like plyers. No damage on the Reverse. What do you all think?

Definitely PMD. Metal has been moved around, especially noticeable by the I of IN.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Thank you for the input and that is where I was leaning. Wondering what caused it,due to the uniformity of the damage. Thanks again.
