I am assuming that this is one of them under the dirt coins metal detector find what not but just had to double check with some experts or it's just in case you never know plus the parking lot damage I know but this is not one of them missing Clad coins correct

Just stains. The damage breaks through the grime and reveals the underlying nickel layer, so it's not missing cladding.

As stated, you can clearly see nickel color but I can understand the confusion.
