This was in a group of coins that I found in my parents house. The color looks a little off and I am thinking it's been cleaned but let's say it's not. Would it be a 63-er or ?

I don't believe it's been cleaned. I've seen similar over the years--some in slabs. Very nice example. MS64 works for me.

MS64 not sure what the real color is as the last couple photos of the reverse look RB. the first photos look BN. nice find

On the fence, depends on luster - AU-63. Based on the photos, it doesn't look cleaned.
