Not seeing a Linear Plating Bubble. Just seeing stains and a scratch.

These could well be plating bubbles - difficult to confirm from this closeup.

Can't tell very well from your pictures but if those are raised above the surface then chances are pretty good they are indeed linear bubbles under the plating.
