New acquisition today. Thoughts? Thanks!  CHINA, Eastern Zhou dynasty - Warring States Period. Uncertain. Circa 650-400 BC. Æ Square Shoulder Spade (94x50mm, 31.14 g). Retrograde Ye (or Gu?) in jinwen (bronzeware script) / Blank. BN, Chinoises I -; Hartill 2.99 var. (character retrograde). Dark and lighter green patina with scattered earthen deposits. From the Norman Frank Collection. Although we cannot verify authenticity with this, David Hartill's excellent "Cast Chinese Coins" reference shows us that this is a documented coin design rather than a fantasy piece.
