If you look at the picture you can see 2 dots next to the T in Trust. There is no damage on the reverse to have caused this. So does this mean it's a error worth keeping?

Some one cent pieces in 1982 and all cents there after are made of zinc and copper plating, sometimes debri is caught on one of the layers when struck. Also, you get the layer with bubbles, this is called plating bubbles when the bubbles burst, the coin will start to decay into dust over time.
