I have crappy equipment, best I can do.
Its not circulated I am certain of that.

Its in a carboard holder, so plastic doesn't help the look. I am sure I have completely mishandled it since opening the UNC bank roll years ago, but its not as bad as the picture shows through the plastic, and it is definitely not wear. I didn't think the plastic would be a big deal to just to look at attributes. Either way, sounds like it's nothing special, thanks to all for input.

to the CCF VLDS. Die state doesn't exclude a coin from being uncirculated. They just don't have the detail an EDS has. This coin could have come from a mint bag, then it wouldn't have seen any circulation.
