To CCF! Could be damage ( PMD), or a Struck Through error. Can you get more pictures at different angles?

One full coin photo front and back along with a couple close ups. Looks like you need to filter your light to cut down on glare and a bit better focus please.

Note; Both are exactly alike, see star in the middle? Also are really both same amount of substance but the lower one has been shortened in diameter (mass reduced). So, I think it they been applied. Not normal die chips because of being the same.

Can't quite tell from pictures...it could be that it was added/punched into the coin or just random PMD.
Certainly not a Mint Error.

to the CCF 100% damage. These aren't chips, they are holes left in the coin from damage. Look at the damage on the edge of the coin at 1:00.
