Very good photography Bojan Radosavljevic,

Similar to the United States America the Beautiful Quarters and the State Quarters that feature incuse lettering, what you are seeing is incuse Machine Doubling caused by vibration/shifting of the working die during the strike.

The designer initials on the Reverse of the Canadian 2 dollar coins are incuse (sunken into the surface of the coin, not raised), so when a shift/vibration occurs on the way back up from the strike it will cause the letters to look doubled.

Unfortunately, although it looks like a doubled die, it is truly the aftermath of Machine Doubling.

Why do the 3 B's look to be different sizes/fonts if it's from a single punch?

The fully struck "B" is the deepest part, halfway up during the strike the working die nudged into the left side of the "B" causing a "Step" making it look like a second B (slightly distorted, but it is the same font).

Then, right when the working die was about to lift completely off of the planchet it nudged a 2nd time into the left very lightly, causing a 2nd very minor step.

When coins are struck, vibrations can happen very quickly and usually back and forth a couple of times, I marked one of the OP's photos (hopefully he doesn't mind) just to show what I mean.

The same rules apply to the letter "T".

Back in 2022, I had a member of a FB group send me one of these still in the mint packaging hoping it was a doubled die, so I did have the opportunity to examine and conclude that it is simply incuse Machine Doubling.
