Well starting to get the hang of it, or atleast thats what I think. These coins are up for auction.
Would this rev be a au58 coin? I don't see much wear on the details?
Yes not frosting or anything, but on the details I don't see much wear
Yes I know the pics are bad, but judging from them?

based on your comment I'm assuming you do not have this coin but maybe considering it. I would not touch this coin without better photos. you have no idea what the obv is like. I don't like the blotchy toning on this one. its extremely difficult to see the surfaces though this. the photo presented is reading mid AU to me. not sure what you see in this one that would entice you to consider it. if they did have an obv photo then post it here so we can assess that

Its a 79 regular. Or 2 actually

Well I agree about the blotchiness. Coins are hard to over here and I would by this if its cheap. I don't have a 1879. its hard to find graded coins here for normal prices. So if I can get these for around 60 $ I would be happy. That is if they are Au50 or more

Reason I'm asking is to judge if I think right about grading, I'm new in the hobby and want to learn.

fingerprint :)

Subjectively, I think that big fingerprint on the lower face is unsightly.
