Best to remove coins from holders when possible before taking pics.Also,please properly crop and rotate pics before posting them...thanks.
Looks like maybe a Struck Through Grease.

will need better images outside of the 2x2 if you please. (it removes glare, and artifacts the Mylar cover is showing.)
