Obverse looks like it has a large light scuff and a scratch or is it on the plastic? Reverse has obvious fingerprints on the coin itself? Wow, check with the FBI, it's a crime if they let that guy work at the mint without gloves. For these reasons, I expect over more time there will be increased distractions. If the obverse is scratched, this is only a Cameo PR60 to me. If it's just the reverse I'll go out on a limb and give it Cameo PR62. That's all, sorry? I think this is probably why you ask, right?
