Hi I'm new in here, and I wanted to see if I can get help with a 2009 blue seal and serial numbers, I work in a check cashing business and I thought it was fake but it is real

Welcome to CCF.
I've seen this before but not on a $100 note. The error was attributed to inkwell contamination. Caution should be practiced because these are often faked using chemicals. I would want to give it the "sniff test" to check for any unusual odors. If it passed that I would most likely submit it for authentication and grading.

What would the premium be after grading vs cost to grade it?

I've seen a $5 note in AU bring $750 and a $50 note in VF bring over $900. They're a popular error, if they're real.

The SN is blue instead of the normal green.
