The fields on this Morgan definitely appear to have deep mirrors. We won't be able to gauge if the coin has been cleaned from photos. I can't determine the amount of cameo contrast on the coin, either. Since the '81S is commonly found in this condition, it must straight grade fairly high to make grading sense. If you think this coin is MS63 or better, it would be worth sending in. I have 6-8 1881S in this condition purchased in a large lot and have been waffling between sending them in or not.

The toning on the coin is obscuring the ability to judge if the example is PL. A lot of the PL and DMPL examples have been dipped to remove the toning. There are very few heavily toned PL and DMPL examples in TPG holders. Based on recent photos my guess it will not grade PL because the coin must have complete mirror fields on both sides to get the PL designation and the toning could be blocking the mirrors. The OP example is not showing any contrast between the fields and devices that are typical on PL coins, but contrast is not a criteria to get the PL designation.

You have to pay a TPG to give you the PL designation. There are lots of ebay listings for reflective raw Morgans, and they sell at discounts compared to the TPG graded coins. It's a gamble, since the TPG could disqualify the coin for cleaning, or give it a low grade. If it were a cc it would be worth it but it's not.

Thank you all, I agreee its not worth sending for grading, she would probably get a pl vam17 au58 and possibly cleaned. But its interesting to know if its a pl or not. .
Regarding the mirror, the sides mirrors but the face doesn't as can be seen on last picture. Same goes for the eagle

Thank you slider, it also sums up one of my original questions about the pl designation, its the same as toning, an attributed thing, a toning can be removed so can a pl. A morgan proof will always be a proof even if its a lowgrade coin, but the premium might be affected

Found a good video by coingeek showing a proof and a pl.

I try to learn as I go, we all hope to find that one pl or proof chilling in the corner of a flea market

Chilling and watching Netflix with my coin
