I don't see any obvious signs of cleaning. It may have been dipped once or twice in times past.

Most likely bag marks. Could have been dipped, remaining luster can be the tell there. Looks like a MS-62

i see a fingerprint at K4 rim area obv. I don't think the coin was cleaned except for a light dip which will not details the coin. the areas you noted are just typical marks from banging around with other coins in a bag. MS62 shot at 63. marks/hits need to be pretty bad to pull a 62

Thank you, yes I noticed the light print, maybe I shall put her in the sun to accelerate toning#128515;

Im going to dipp her in aceton incase any more grease was added handling her for transport

Those are basic chatter marks from other coins clanking against the coin. Hairlines are parallel lines that are thin and unnatural. Nice coin!

An acetone bath is a good idea. Just make sure to rinse that off completely when done.
