I have a feeling it's probably just damaged due to the quality of the rest of the coin..but felt I should still ask. Have plenty of coins I have questions for, so you'll be seeing me more often. Found a collection of coins that my mom was holding for an old family friend, who left it to us after passing. Coin not part of the collection but it is what got me interested.
