Welcome!!! That Kennedy is a mess - that is one sad die. The doubling you are seeing looks like Die Deterioration Doubling. The partial date and motto is most likely a rolled thin planchet - what is the weight of the coin? Could also be a Grease Filled Die but will weight for a wait. (yes that was on purpose).

BTW, far too many pics. Next time just Obverse, Reverse, and one or two supporting close-ups is more than enough. Good photos tho!!!

@cj, first welcome to CCF. Second, that doubling looks like Machine Doubling to me.

Spence nailed it. Machine Doubling on the bust. The die also shows to be grease filled as well.

I know it looks cool but it really is just MD. You may want to keep it just for a good example and conversation piece.

Go to error-ref.com and search for " Grease Filled Die" concerning the faint lettering. Research Machine Doubling there as well to explain the doubling on the profile and on the words on the REV. MD is common on large coins. The die used to strike this coin was over-used and that also helps account for the weakness of the lettering as well like on UNITED on the REV. The front mark on his head is likely just PMD. I want to give you the tools to find out for yourself whenever you suspect you have a doubled die, RPM, or OMM. Go to varietyvista.com and look for the coin by date and MM. If you do not find an EXACT match to your coin listed using this easy method, then you most likely have a damaged coin or other issues like (non collectable) Machine Doubling, Die Deterioration Doubling, etc. (look these up at error-ref.com) Using that method is going to help you avoid "false starts" and disappointment.
