Is the line beside the O in one a die crack? It looks like it is raised from the surface of the coin.

Looks to be a scratch at first glance. Is that linear feature raised, or sunken (incuse)?

It appears to be raised from the surface of the coin.

Upon closer inspection it does look as a scratch as in the one picture it goes up and over the C in CENT
