I made a very small value swap with a collector from Turkey.

The coins he wanted were ten common "America The Beautiful" quarters and I listed them on the Customs sheet as having a value of $2.50.

Mailing them cost me over $18.00.

When they arrived in Turkey, Customs assessed a $15.00 Customs charge, which was appealed and denied.

Can any of you tell me of similar experiences like this? It is so wrong.

My SS package to Turkey wasn't received, however my SS package from Turkey did arrive, with a little help from ttkoo. When will jbuck fire up GTP again?

I'm treading lightly here, but it sounds like there might be some political leanings influencing that decision.

In May. I have some projects I need to get out of the way first. They may prevent me from doing regular Thursday morning start and Wednesday afternoon stop times.

I am! Thank you!

By the way, I reprocessed my images and have been posting them in the "Post Your..." forum.
