@ns, looks to me like you have picked up a really nice batch of Sycee. This has been on my list of potential pick-ups for quite a while, but I haven't bid quite aggressively enough yet. Well done.

Thanks @Spence! I posted a few coins or silver money tonight from the Qing Dynasty. The Qing Dynasty began in 1636 so obviously they aren't ancients. I have asked asked mods to move all six threads to World coins. Apologies for posting in the wrong forum again.

I do have a request though. To give folks an idea of how thick these ingots are, could you please add a side view picture to one of these threads? I know that it won't come out great being taken through a slab, but it could still be instructive. Thx!

Of course. I don't have them in hand yet, but when they come in I will try to show thickness. To me they are like silver elongated cast cupcakes form the days when silver by weight was money.
