I just bought this 1800 silver dollar this morning it looks good from what I can tell that could be real I'm not exactly sure the weight is 23.6 grams That's the only thing that kind of throws me off any help would be greatly appreciated

 I'm gonna say this is a badly done counterfeit probably manufactured in China. Compare this one to genuine coins graded at pcgs coinfacts and this one can't compare to the real deal. Another good idea is to see if this item is magnetic and if it is, boom: fake counterfeit

One dealer I knew had a few of these lightweight pieces around that he let people handle. They feel light and insubstantial, not like what the silver coins do. 3 grams light doesn't seem like much but you can sense it when you hold one.

This is a horrendous fake.
