Does this look like an error or after mint damage?
It looks like theres a "bar" between the last 2 digits

Can you post a larger picture? It looks like extra metal was added but it's hard to tell for sure. It doesn't appear to be damage to the coins surface, or at least not as I would expect a damaged letter to look like. ~ Jim
