And here it is. Just like the 1822 quarter, it has something special on the reverse. If I understand the history of the series correctly, this coin and that one were probably struck with the same reverse die. You guys nailed it--it's right in the middle of the small range you gave.

What a lovely toning, those schratches on obv at 9 oclock, are those from handling or minting? (asking for a friend  )
