The example is a 1924 as I do not see a S mint mark. There are no signs of wear, but the photos are not showing any luster. I am at MS63 with a shot at FH, and I would value it about $250 with some upside.

Based on the second photo with white background the example has muted luster and the surface does not look natural for a MS coin.

i think they would call this FH. the third photo is the best for grading. posting a reverse photo using the same light and setup would help
AU58 or MS63. it may grade straight. I'm leaning AU55/58 based on the reverse

I'll say AU, straight grade.
Errers and Varietys.

Thank you Errers I will be happy if its a AU straight grade since its a beauty with no marks and fh Pics for Panzaldi, daylight overcast and snowing so no sun

I think it is AU-58 FH. I am not convinced it is cleaned.

Really tough call without the coin in hand. I'll say at least AU-58 FH, solid MS would not surprise.

the newest set of photos daylight overcast were much better to see the surfaces. the areas I circled here show an older cleaning. notice the dull edges of the transitions. this indicates to me that something was done to coin. another marker is this is a high AU coin lacking luster. I'm going with AU details (cleaned. the only question would be if a TPG would feel that it re-toned enough to overcome that. if they did then they may net grade it down to take that into consideration
