Hi all. First post here. Was going through my 3rd mint sealed bag of American Samoa quarters, one from each mint. Came across this when I was almost at the end of the bag. Hope the pictures are clear enough. Looks to show some pretty distinct doubling on the T and Y in Liberty. Some on the R as well. Thoughts? Thanks for any help!

In my opinion, this appears to be Mechanical Doubling.

Thanks. Found 3 others. One just like the other, but 2 with the doubling shifting more towards the R, and almost none on the Y.
