I have a very nice 2015 Kisatchie P quarter that's in great shape. It's not what has me posting the coin though lol you see, there's distinct doubling on the obverse and reverse!! I couldn't believe it!!!! I'm fairly new to the community and in numismatics as a whole. I'm very excited about this coin but my new community has more knowledge on this than I do, so I'm asking y'all if this is something I should be excited about or is this "no big deal" any insight and knowledge is greatly appreciated, thanks to all for the support I've received since joining the community, fingers crossed #129310;#127996;

You have DDD and wayyyyy toooo many photos. Always start out with no more than 4 pics,one full coin photo front and back and 2 close ups where and when needed. If we need more we will ask. You also need to filter your light to reduce glare.Better focusing also.

I just did the research on the differences between "DD" and " DDD" appreciate the knowledge and advice. There's on thing that's still knowing at me .. hear me out y'all, I get the DDD all over the coin but the bird having a forth claw? Out of everything on the coin, that seems like doubling to me. Only because you can clearly see it. I'm just willing to be educated by everyone here and if I'm wrong just shoot me a thumbs up lol thank you to all that have been helping me in my journey to coin greatness!!

I agree the coin has severe DDD. I noticed a lot of them are from Philadelphia. Also, the claw again may have a die chip and I see slight M.D. at the end of claw, neither would add any value, but the coin is a good example if you decide to keep it.

This quarter was struck by a very worn out die causing that DDD we see here. the Die chip on the claw is another sign that the die was ready to be retired.
I can also see radial flow lines on the fields of the coin too.
This is a great reference site for error coins. It also shows the different types of die wear that can be seen here.
