Photos are a bit difficult to work with. There appears to be something present where the designers initials would be. LIBERTY appears to be a victim of circulation dings and hits. Better, sharp pics would help us better understand what may be happening.

maybe damage on the obverse but very difficult to tell with the very blurry image.
Possible die polishing or just grease on the reverse around the FG initials.

That's just the way 1969 Lincoln Memorials dies were, Obverse dies were "light" in Details, Obverse dies were bold, and dies were polished to prolong their life as they were used to death - resulting in polishing that made the FG "get gone" - also a prime year for the "floating roof" that your coin does not have surprisingly.
