There are a few 1971 pennies on this site mentioning extra bud or extra spine but not both like this one.

Nice find numidan!

I do have one similar for 1964 somewhere on here, but not for anything in the 70s, if you would like this example to be included in the Second Edition of Modern Canadian Doubled Die Varieties, feel free to email me a full Obverse, Reverse, and close up photo and I will add it in for you.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.
