I was wondering what steps the other coin dealers here took in photographing, listing, selling, etc, their coins (in large amounts) to get them auction ready. In other words, What do you do between deciding to list multiple coins on
ebay (or another site) and actually having them listed?
This is the routine I follow each time I want to post a large amount of coins for auction at once, And I know there must be a quicker way, Or I'm doing something wrong/ making it more difficult somewhere then it needs to be, I was wondering if any long-time sellers might give this novice some professional advice

For this fictional auction, lets say about five coins are being posted on
ebay invidually.
1. I take the coins and indivdually photograph both the obverse and reverse of each coin.
2. I upload the images on my computer.
3. I carefully review the images in Kodak Easyshare and crop them down to the appropriate size for each coin. (This part is the most time consuming since not only does the obverse and reverse photo of each coin has to be cropped correctly, and can take up to 30 minutes.)
4. I boot up Turbo lister, And enter the description/cost/shipping/title/etc for each auction for each coin. (This part can take the longest doing each item indivdually, anywhere around 25 minutes.)
5. Since the auction needs larger images then
ebay's default imagehost permits, I then upload the previous images to Imageshack, And then post the images into the correct auctions within turbolister. (This can take about 10 minutes.)
6. Final double-check that all the auctions have everything correct, such as price on the item, shipping, the images are right, etc, Then the auctions are uploaded to
ebay.
So overall, Its about an hour or two's worth of work for only five coins. Is there anything that I can do to speed up the process and make it easier?
Thanks!
