While roll searching for copper, I pulled these from rolls. BU 1997d Cents. Some of these have a gold tone to them.Why is that Bad Copper wash? any thoughts? Thanks all

Could it be brass plating like on the 1983's? Are they from the same roll? How many look brassy? If it's only two,were they the end coins?

John. These were strung out through 40 rolls. found a total of 21 of them. these were all in the middle of rolls.

Looks to be the brass plated cents that Ken Potter talks about.
