I am struggling with this coin because I think this more than die chip. I bought a roll at an auction house and I would say 30+ of the cents are exactly like this,

Thoughts?

Not seeing an RPM. I am only seeing a Die Chip and Die Deterioration Doubling.

1962-D has alot of RPMs that really don't look like much. You would have to verify the Mintmark location exactly on the examples if you think yours is an RPM.
