tough one pristine. photos are not helping. if shes a proof it may be impaired. I'm not seeing any signs of circulation but that toning is a mess on the obv. PF or MS62. someone more attuned to proofs will probably tell the difference. the strike to me says proof

Does look like a proof with very sharp detail and no wear.
Mottled toning like this might be from an inadequate rinse after a dipping attempt. Eye appeal has suffered which should be reflected in a reduced price.
