1909 S VDB Penny - Authentic? Grade?

I typically collect Morgan's so this is out of my wheel house. The coin appears to be correct, and is great condition. Has nice reddish color to it. My questions are: Any issues with authenticity or genuine concerns? I plan on sending it off to be graded. I live local to ICG, are they ok to use or should this go to PCGS? Good enough for CAC? Your thoughts on to what it may grade. Put it through electronic tester and it checked out. I don't have best eyesight. My concern with VDB being off, though was not sure. Good news, I bought it with a credit card, so can get money back.
