Thanks for the help. I've seen some coins with bubbling, but haven't seen one quite like this before.

Linear plating bubble, along with split plating on the mint mark.

yep a short linear plating bubble
Notice how it also follows the roller lines? These lines can trap zinc dust and expand later on to create the bubbles.
