@luch, I'm, going to move this thread over to our medieval/ancients subforum so that we get some good eyes on it.

I want one like it

Looks to me perhaps a late period Omayyad caliphate silver dirham. Or perhaps first taifa era, struck from billion or copper? It is a guess from the look.

I like these coins but someone who can read them will have to help identify ruler. I can not.

This reminds me of asking about my fulus.

Hello jecz and thanks for your interest ....I have been researching and found in a catalogue https://www.tesorillo.com/oca/islam/islam.htm a coin that ,if you compare letters and simbols ( ?) is almost equal to the one that I posted ....and correspond to a DIRHAM with a hole ( Dirham agujereado ) Hixem ( Hixam ) II silver 22 mm , 3,25 grams ...( There is a diference with the one in this post that is 23-24 mm and 3.95 grs ) I hope ,as you hope , that somebody, that really can read the coin , will give us more information .Best .

Thanks. I know the web site. It is not one of the biggest. Holes in dirhams are common. You can not match it by the holes. It is necessary to read the legend. Few people can because the script is an old one. You could compare to the legends published by Vives in his catalogue but the shape of the script is different. I think the dimensions also point to an Omayyad coinage.
