Their machinery was a little off that day, but it's not DDO, it's DDD or MD, both of which are referred to as "worthless doubling" by Wexler, the world-renowned variety guru. Although it is circulated, the notching that is present in "CANADA" and the extra thickness in the lettering is quite obvious.
