Hoping someone can help me identify the type of error this would be considered and possible value. Would be super appreciative if you can show me where you got the info also. Very new at coin hunting/collecting so I do apologize for coming off clueless when it comes to it.

Large date with a die chip on the 9 and R in liberty. Common.

Yes, die chip in the 9. For me, this particular knowledge was gained over several decades of coin collecting and conversations with other more knowledgeable collectors over that time.
